Modula GX Modular Multi Bioreactor

Multi-Bioreactor is designed for animal culture. Animal cell is important bio industrial resource because it is not only culture of organ and tissue, but also produce various kinds of bio-pharmaceutical proteins, enzyme, hormone, vaccine, immunological regulatory factor, and cancer therapeutic agent.
Biotron’s multi-bioreactor used smooth marine impeller to minimal bubble production, minimal effect to shear force, 4-kinds of gas (O2, CO2, N2, and Air) mixer, and expandable to 24 serial connected operation.
Distinctly, we use magnetic coupled drive for prevent of contamination of microorganisms, and accurate control software and system will be guarantee of enough reproducibility.
Also, it is useful for anchorage dependent cell and suspension cell culture using spin-filter and depth-filter for perfusion as soon as general stirred vessel.
Anchorage dependent cell can culturing on the state of suspending by the micro-encapsulation, u-carrier, bead, soft agar gel culture or other immobilized cell culture ways.
It is more useful for producing of bio-protein products than cell therapy products. Conventional bioreactor composed by minimum 500 ml vessel, but we develop and use small volume of special designed vessel from 10 ml to 100 ml for stem cell culture needs.
Our controller expandable to 16 each variable speed peristaltic pumps and 24 each fixed speed pumps for different kinds of media, glucose, fructose, glutamine, FBS, antibiotics, vitamins to feeding and instant mixing. So, it can apply and combine to more ideal, complex and precise Fed-batch and perfusion culture system by the user’s purpose.

The Controller of multi bioreactor has two different kinds of LCD display installed module and non-installed module. One LCD module called “Master Multi-Bioreactor” can serial connected to maximum 16 each “Slave bioreactors” that is not use LCD display on the module. Otherwise one computer can connect to 16 each Master module multi bioreactor, so one computer maximum control to 16 * 16 = 256 controller module, simultaneously.
