PluriCell Micro and small volume Bioreactor

This bioreactor can culture most kinds of cells used for cell therapy in optimum conditions in vitro such as most kinds of stem cells from adult stem cells to ES cells, differentiated cells, immune cells, and tumor cells. It can also perform media formulation, cell seeding, cell proliferation, cell differentiation and cell manipulation in the bio safety chamber.
Also, a microscope can be equipped for the live cell imagery, and peristaltic pumps are located inside of the bio safety chamber for the purpose of infusing media, vitamin, growth factor, cytokine, nutrient, and other necessary factors for mass culture and cell manipulation, together with numbers of gas supplying ports inside that can supply all kinds of gases for respiration and micro environment such as O2, CO2, N2, etc.

All configurations are the same other than externally equipped mixed vessels for media formulation of TotiCell and absence of a vessel, sensor ports, and peristaltic pump for general microbial fermentation and animal cell culture. However, the small mixed vessel can be located inside of the bio safety chamber. The mixed vessel can equip not only polarographic type DO sensor and gel type pH sensor but also accommodate a subminiature ISFET sensor.
In addition, a multitude of small bioreactor vessels mounted on a multi magnetic stirrer or shaker can be located in the Bio safety chamber. A maximum of thirty two sets of ISFET sensors, regarded a set as pH, DO, and temperature, can measure the parameters to control the biological condition of the vessels, sixteen units of variable speed pump and twenty four units of fixed speed pump can be equipped, and a gas mixer can be connected to the extend of twenty four blocks. A block consists of O2, CO2, N2, and air. The bio safety chamber can be used as a CO2 incubator by adding an O2 and CO2 function. While we use the conventional flask culture method with a Petri Dish, the biological condition such as pH, DO, and temperature of the cell culture can be monitored through the ISFET sensor of each Petri Dish.
